What awaits you
This trip follows the land as it rises. You leave Marrakech for the Agafay desert and the market town of Amizmiz, ride village to village through Tenirt and Tougramane, cross the Kik plateau and reach Imlil, the base for Toubkal. There, bikes make way for skis: with a mule carrying the bags, you skin up to the Tachdirt valley and spend a full day on its slopes.The last day is flexible: a final ride down the valley, or a few groomed runs at Oukaïmeden, before the drive back to Marrakech.
Itinerary

Marrakech – Agafay – Amizmiz
A short drive into the rocky, rolling Agafay desert, then on to Amizmiz, a busy Berber market town at the foot of the High Atlas, where you settle in.

Amizmiz – Tenirt
Into the foothills on two wheels: a steady climb through Berber villages and terraced fields, with views widening as you go. A good warm-up day.

Tenirt – Tougramane
More climbing and some technical trail as you head higher, into a rugged area of mountain villages that feels a long way from anywhere.

Tougramane – Kik plateau – Ouirgane
Ride across the Kik plateau, with its wide-open views, then a long descent to Ouirgane in the green, wooded Nfis valley.

Ouirgane – Imi Oughlad – Imlil
On towards the heart of the High Atlas, via Imi Oughlad to Imlil (1,750 m). You meet your mountain team and check the ski kit.

Imlil – Tachdirt (ski touring)
Bikes off, skis on. With a mule for the luggage, you skin up towards the Tachdirt valley (about 2,300 m) and settle into the mountain refuge.

Ski day around Tachdirt
A full day on skis with your guide, climbing one of the surrounding peaks or passes and skiing down, as many times as your legs allow.

Bike or resort skiing – Marrakech
A choice for the last morning: a bike descent towards the foothills, or a few groomed runs at Oukaïmeden. In the afternoon we drive back to Marrakech.
Timings are a guide. Your guide adapts the pace to the group and the weather.
